Draíocht Arts CentreDraíocht is a wonderful new multi-purpose arts facility. It is located right opposite the blue entrance of the Town Centre, between the library and Leisureplex. If you haven't visited Draíocht yet, you should do! It is a magnificent building, complete with two theatres (one seats 286; the other is a smaller studio space), two light-filled galleries, a fully-equipped rehearsal space and an artist's studio. In the short time since its opening, the centre has become a showcase for local, regional, national and international work. Draíocht also has a busy programme of outreach and education activities, including visual arts, dance and drama workshops for people of all ages and abilities. The centre, which cost EUR 5 million to build, has been funded by the Department of the Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands and by Fingal County Council.
