The overall aim of the project is to tackle the factors that lead to discrimination and inequality and to effect structural change within organisations and companies (statutory, voluntary and private) in the Blanchardstown area for the benefit of groups trying to access LLL and employment opportunities.

This will be achieved through the following objectives;

To effect long-term structural change (and attitudinal change) within organisations and service providers working in the area
To provide support services to trainers, educators and employers to facilitate greater representation of the target groups in training, employment and courses delivered in the area
To address the lack of health and social services for target group members and facilitate access to housing, health, childcare, counselling and support services by developing service standards and interagency protocols
To work with employers, training and education provides to secure broad employment supports for target groups
To identify and measure the outcomes throughout the process and arising out of it and implement a mainstreaming strategy
To facilitate the holistic and integrated delivery of services to target groups
