Who we are

The Greater Blanchardstown Development Project situated at Parslickstown House (under Management Licence from Fingal County Council) is a resource centre, which provides facilities, information, training and support to groups and individuals with the overall aim of being a catalyst for community development in the Mulhuddart area and with a development brief in the Huntstown and Hartstown areas.

B.A.S.E (Blanchardstown Area Small Enterprise) situated in the grounds of Parslickstown House is a unique development in the Dublin 15 area. It provides 14 incubator units for people who wish to develop their new businesses in a sheltered environment.

Together, we are the sponsors of the Community Employment Project at Parslickstown House, with the invaluable assistance of Irene Skerry, Community Employment Project Supervisor.

We recognise the right of every individual to have access to work, and we accept responsibility to provide the supports necessary under our sponsorship of the Community Employment Project to empower local people to access employment. While they are in our employment, we will support all efforts to provide development opportunities, thereby enabling the individual to make informed life choices and brekaing the cycle of long-term unemployment.
